Not in love with your purchase? Return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Earrings can only be returned if the seal is intact (hygiene reasons).
- Custom or bridal sets are non-refundable once worn.
How to Return
Contact our support team with your order number — we will arrange a pickup or guide you to the nearest drop-off point. Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after we receive the item.
